Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Period
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be unwashed and free from stains, odours, or damage.
- Have all original tags and labels attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, you may request an exchange within 30 days, provided the item meets our return conditions and the requested replacement is available.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by us.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photographs, where applicable.
We will provide you with the return instructions.
Important
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
